Seeking His Kingdom

 

Our bible study series this month really lines up with Amys devotion theme this week. I just love it when the Lord directs all things this way! 

I have been evaluating my ability to trust in all things...am I truly seeking His Kingdom?

 

Scripture:   "Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."       Matthew 6:33   Imprint:   When God is first, He takes care of the rest God is your Source and He is also the guarantee of your Supply.  This guarantee comes in the form of an "if then" promise.  The IF is about seeking Jesus and His Kingdom in every situation.  If we focus on His imprint in our lives; His purposes and plans made clear in His word, THEN God will take care of our every need.   Think about it.  God is extending an offer to you today.  If you will but trust the Source to be your continual Supply, then God will guarantee the provision each and every day!

Prayer:      Dear Lord,   You have shown yourself so faithful to me. Thank you.  I am learning to trust You in every situation and to watch with amazement your miraculous provision. Today I ask you to help me focus on your never-ending Supply.    I choose to focus on You and your Kingdom. I know that You promise to provide for all my needs.  I will seek You and You alone and then watch the miracles begin to take place.  In Jesus' name, Amen.
