Weightloss Wednesday

The holidays are tough on good choices! We have been out to eat at resturants, out to eat at friends homes, and been given an abundance of not so healthy( but yummy to eat!) seasonal treats. My sideboard looks like a wonderful bakery!It is abundant with fruitcake, shortbread, chocolate treats, snack crackers, chips, nuts, ect. The fridge is stocked with more delights.


So I have not weighed in. I have enjoyed the treats in small portions and tried to eat less. Saturday is our last dinner outside the house for a long time. I plan to get back on track starting Sunday. We will freeze many of the goodies and give away most of it.


Hubby is joining me is my lifestyle change! He too faces physical challenges. He has set a goal and plans to stick to it. His eating plan will be different than mine as he is not so fond of veggies!


So I look forward to continued sucess in 2009. I hope to reach my weight goal by the end of April. And then reach my physical goal ( daily exercise and strenghening ) by December of 2009. I figure it is good to be realistic!
