Okay so how is my lifestyle change going? Good. I have lost to date 22lbs. This has been very hard work and sometimes a very uphill battle. I have learned that bread, dairy, and some pastas do not agree with me. I would never have learned this if I had not gone off these foods for a period of time. I have learned that I cannot cheat on my diet. I am on a very low calorie diet ( 1200) and would love to eat a big meal sometimes but it takes days to burn it off as I am still not able to do arobic style exercize. I have begun stretching and strenghening. Very moderately. But I have begun!
The best news to me? I fit in a size 12 taliored pant. That is pants with a zipper and button! I have not wore pants with zippers in years, let alone a size 12. I usually wear elastic waist everything including skirts. I have a swayback and having extra weight just made that more pronounced.
I hope each of you are finding the strength to keep on this journey to a new healither you!
