The holidays are over...let the normal eating begin again! I gained four pounds over the holidays and have already lost 2 of them. My husband has also set a goal for weightloss so my journey just got so much easier!
I have gone down a size in pants and tops! It is nice to have to pick out new clothes ( I shop at our churches clothing closet for free).
My goal this month is to really get back into the habit of stretching, doing non stressful exercise, and most of all to get back into the water at the YMCA.
I am hoping to lose at least one pound each week. I am at the point where the weight starts to come off very slowly.

ReplyDeleteI am trying to lose weight too, not doing to well at the moment though - there are still lots of chocolate and mince pies left over from Christmas to tempt me!!!!!.
