Weightloss Wednesday

Staying the course. Like anything else in my life I tend to stay the course if I am grounded in the word of God and prayer. This week has been a good renewal of good habits. Daily reading of scripture and daily time with the Lord. I am less focused on "me" and more on being what the Lord would have me to be.


I am still having problems with being hungry in the afternoon and wanting to munch out. While I refrain from munching out I hate feeling hungry and eating celery!  Of course I eat other healthy stuff too but celery is my number one filler in between meals.


I hope you are all sticking to it and staying the course to a better you!

  1. GOOD for you staying on course ! I have not been feeling that great and it is hard to get started with getting on the ex. bike schedule. I am hoping it will start soon.

  2. I have the same 3pm munches....I feel like I could eat a full meal then. You are doing the right thing, grabbing that celery. I too usually grag a veggie or fruit...not celery though...hate that stuff, haha. I always drink a big glass of water then too to fill myself up.
