Not So Sure I will EVER eat at Mc Donalds Again

Here are the results of our Mc Donalds experiment to date.

On February 3rd we put 1/2 of a Mc Donalds double cheese burger in this tray. We set the tray up high on our dish cupboard. ( we have cats!) So here is what it looked like on day one. I had to kinda squish it into the tray to make it fit.

Here it is one week later. The white stuff on the burger is bread. Its smaller and lighter. Has no odor and no detectable mold.

This is 23 days from day one. Much smaller. Very light weight. Hard as a hockey puck! NO detectable mold. NO odor.  ICK. We will continue to leave it on the shelve and check back from time to time.

  2. I have not eaten there in a very long time and it won't happen again, if I can help it! That's crazy. Food, real food, rots! Thanks for doing this. I hope more people wake up and realize that McD's is not serving real food!

  4. Mmm-hmm...you can leave it probably for 20 years, and it will not mold or decompose. That's because it ain't food. You keep blogging for another decade, and keep posting those photos!

    Blessings,

  5. Um, that's disgusting. :P We gave up eating at McDonald's last year when we discovered they are supporters of Planned Parenthood. Your experiment just confirms what a good decision that was. Ick!

Have a lovely start to March!

  6. Mold requires moisture. Maybe it would mold in a plastic bag? I know I sound hopeful, but I'm really not. :) On a rare occasion we might get an ice cream cone, but otherwise we are not McDonalds goers, either.
