Show and Tell Friday

Photobucket

Finished my first knitting project. It is not perfect! It is a size medium so a bit big for my 12 yo. I have organized a Hats for the Homeless ( homemade) drive from now untill October. The goal is 200 hats. So far I have had several folks say they will participate. This was my whole reason for learning how to knit! I am now hooked on knitting! It is so much fun.

And a funny for the week. We rarely watch a tv program. Last week was a documentary " The Valley of the Wolves". The show was great but the show the cats put on was even greater! Here they are "hunting the big bird on the screen. At one point one of them even went around the side of the tv to see where the bird went.  In a face to face with a buffalo one of them growled.

  5. That is such a great thing your being a part of. You did a very nice job for a first project. I started a scarf once, but I never finished it. That's neat that you have a whole team learning to knit.

Your cats are a riot too with the TV watching. I love the growling at the Buffalo.
