Begin Again

How does one summarize after being gone from blog world for six months? Well I really don't intend to catch up. I just intend to start again!
Here are a few pictures of what has kept my hands busy this year.
This first one was a rag quilt for a young couples wedding.
This quilt is a Cathedral Window that I started for my oldest daughter in 2008.  A labor of LOVE. Not sure I will ever make another. I finished it in time for Christmas. She loved it.

The third quilt is a Crazy Quilt Rag Quilt style. The colors and design are what my daughter picked. This was a fun quilt to work on.

I also made new Christmas stockings for everyone. Each stocking has something unique for each person it was made for.  ( music note, eyes, special charms and so on)

  1. Your hands have been busy. I look forward to catching up with you.
    Blessings, Dawn

  2. Wonderfully done! I can see how you've been too busy to blog!

  3. Beautiful!!!!! I just love handmade quilts and one made from the heart, too!

It's soo good to see you blogging again. I took a bit of hiatus myself but feel refreshed for the rapidly approaching new year!

  4. Those are such beautiful projects, all of them. And I like the idea of the stockings. What a fun thing to do.

Let me hear of your unfailing love each morning, for I am trusting you. Show me where to walk, for I give myself to you. Psalms 143:8
