Show and Tell Friday

Photobucket

Last week I shared about a blessing to our church food pantry but could not add the photos. Here are the photos.

After we received this awesome blessing we got a phone call for free potatoes, onions, and bread. We only took 200lbs of potatoes and 100lbs of onions.  ( storage shortage!)

I do not have any photos of my knitting. Soon! I keep taking it out and doing it again till I get it just right. Getting the tension has been interesting. I am enjoying the process.

  3. Wahoo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PTL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God is so GOOD !!!!!!!!! I know God is just blessing and blessing this ministry b/c of where your family's heart is and your trust in Him. ((((((((HUGS))))))))))

I DO know what you mean about getting the tension. I use to knit waaaaaay to tight and I made a very hard effort to correct that that now I have to go down a needle size b/c I knit just a little loose but I am consistant. [0=

I have been scouring our little towns second hand stores for sweaters to recycle but most are acrylic. ((sigh)) I WANT wool !!! So I will be patient and check each week and let the Lord bring some my way.

Thank you sooooooooo much for sharing these GREAT pictures of God's goodness.

  4. This is your CHURCH pantry? What a blessing for the community. Great photos. Do you manage it or help in it? (I was off the grid last week, so forgive me if you talked about it in last week's S&T.

  8. Yep, that is close to how I pictured it when you described it. God's grocery store! Wonderful for your church to be part of the blessing.
