Weight Loss Wednesday



It has been yet another somewhat stressful week but I did manage to lose exactly one pound. I really had to make sure I had lots of zero calorie type foods ready to eat so I would not blow it. Planning ahead makes the difference. We had two unplanned out to eat meals this week. ( Valentines surprise and surprise date with hubby) Making good choices was difficult!

I am starting to change how I cook food. Low calorie, low fat food can taste fabulous! Found this blog that has diet recipes  for 200 calories or less per serving. These are not boring recipes!


Exercise is coming along slowly. I found a swim suit that fits and will be getting back in the water and the YMCA soon.

    Just stopping by to say hi, and keep going. If you take a look at my post you will see I did nothing this past week, but I am not giving up. I get out of breath so easily now, it is really kind of scary. Ok, gotta run, keep up the good work.

  2. Thanks for the site...I can't wait to look at it. I used to do water aerobics at the Y (where we used to live) I LOVED it!!!! I knw it can be a slow process, but well worth it.
