I love this time of year! I generally have 3 or more very large pumpkins of my own hanging around and folks give me their holiday pumpkins as well. I cook and freeze them and use throughout the year. I really love fresh pumpkin and anything made with pumpkin so I went looking for new to me fabulous recipes. These gals in bloggy land are so creative! I found everything from a facial to Souffle and more! I am amazed at all the creative ways to use pumpkin!

Wow!!! I'm so thrilled that you've taken care of this item on my to do list. I wanted to look up more neat pumpkin recipes, and then, there is your post! Thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteAlso, thank you so much for that link about my tomatoes! I don't think this was wilt, because the leaves didn't go black, but I'll be looking up what it was.
And, yes, I do have a salsa recipe, and I'll maybe post it sometime soon. :)
Blessings,
Annie Kate
I put a link to your post in the comment section of my post on pumpkins, so that more people will have access to your wonderful list of recipes. :)

Very good post! I'm going to share it with another online friend because I think she uses a lot of gluten-free recipes.
ReplyDeleteI'm checking some of these out. How fun!

Oh, my goodness...I am all about that pumpkin fudge!!! These are the times when it's so hard being in the uber-suburbs. I can't grow anything of my own (not enough land, everything is so chemical-laden from folks wanting nothing but lush green grass, it's a toxic mess here), but I did buy 4 pie pumpkins from Trader Joe's! Thank you for sharing that incredible list!
ReplyDeleteAlso want to let you know I'm starting a new theme/meme...stop by my blog when you get a chance to check it out!
God Bless,
