Weight Lost Wednesday - New Again!

Thank you dear Chasity for hosting this again! I lost 53lbs last year when we did this meme TOGETHER. I honestly believe that doing lifestyle change with friends is what helped me to keep going. I met each of my goals one step at a time and my major goal to keep the weight off for a year has been the hardest! I almost acheived it!!!!! I have gained 7 to 10lbs ( depends on the day) and much more belly fat. The belly fat is what came back so fast. I also did not keep up my exercise routine. Thus the fibromyalgia and arthritis pain is at its peak. I am tired. Grumpy.


So my goals:


Stick with the meme!


Get back on the correct foods for me.


Start strengthing exercises and stay with it!


Get my BMI lower ( it is with in the Normal range but at the high end) You can check BMI here: http://caloriecount.about.com/tools


Encourage others in their lifestyle changes.

  1. We can do it!!!!!!!!!! Together is better than apart any day!! Mr Linky worked....it just different and weird. YOu have to click on the box to see the links. THey are there, but hidden in a way. Mary uses something else on hers, so I may check into that for next time. You have encouraged me to go back and read my past WLW post....that would probably help. We can do this again.........together my friend!!

    I know how the arthritis pain makes us tired and grumpy and not want to move much :-( But we're on our way now, in it together as a group, and let's do this not just for ourselves, but as an act of love and obedience to Christ...HE IS OUR STRENGTH!

    I knew you were losing weight last year, but I had no idea you had lost 53 pounds - that's terrific!!! I have at least that to lose, but I'm not going to think about it like that. I'm going to be babystepping it and just being kind to myself, otherwise I'll fail for sure.
