Weightloss is not about "dieting"! Its about healthy choices and moving. I am doing much better in the healthy choices department. Cravings for sugar are nearly gone.
Moving is more of a challenge for me. ( its always going to be painful). However I am walking. I hit my goal of 12 blocks this week. Now on to a new goal! Shooting for 12 blocks 3 times this coming week.

I did not lose any weight but my clothes fit much looser. The scale is not always the best gauge as to how you are doing. Replacing good habits with bad, feeling more energetic, are much better guides to knowing you are on the right path.
