Weightloss is not about "dieting"! Its about healthy choices and moving. I am doing much better in the healthy choices department. Cravings for sugar are nearly gone.
Moving is more of a challenge for me. ( its always going to be painful). However I am walking. I hit my goal of 12 blocks this week. Now on to a new goal! Shooting for 12 blocks 3 times this coming week.

I did not lose any weight but my clothes fit much looser. The scale is not always the best gauge as to how you are doing. Replacing good habits with bad, feeling more energetic, are much better guides to knowing you are on the right path.

You are doing great ! I have to admit I probabaly won't get my exercise program going till I come back from the coast. Right now I am trying to tie up loose ends and get the house ready for my inlaws. It has been a challange.

yep, I only got back down to the weight I was when I started!
