What a wonderful year it was. I know God has wonderful things planned for this year. I can't wait till December and I get to put wedding pics of my 1st born and his bride ! This should be a full and fun year for our house hold. I just have to make sure I keep rising in the morning and come to the Lord's feet before each day is begun.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate our friendship more than you will ever know. I love having a couple of bloggy friends who are at the same stage as we are...when it comes to our young adults. God prompted me to pick up a book that gave me new wind to my sail for this stage of parenthood. I will have to blog more as I read it. It is called Age of Opportunity...A Biblical Guide to Parenting Teens by ... Paul David Tripp. I love how it really is in the biblical mindset rather than recent pshycology.(sp?)

Wow, you have been blessed.
ReplyDeleteI wish I was more practical with making things!
Yes, I would like to join you with weightloss wednesday and the Bible. I am still reading, although I have had to read some bits slower to take it all in! I also get sidetracked with commentaries.
How fun, Tina! Thanks for sharing - it was fun to read. :) All the more reason for me to make the effort to post every month, lol!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week~

I bought a mug for a friend in the same pattern as the sunflower with the green background. How cool that we have similar tastes!
ReplyDeleteI have a question for you. I was planning to link to you on one of my Monday homeschool spotlight posts. There was something you posted about high school writing that was very helpful and informative. However, when I checked the link again, it didn't work. I searched your archives for that post, but can't find it. Do you have any idea on which post that would have been? If so, please let me know so I can link to it. Thanks!
