Weightloss Wednesday

No changes! I guess that can be good right? I am so hoping to get out and walk more. The weather needs to make up its mind. Winter or Spring? I cannot walk in the cold as it messed with my muscles. ( the cp causes the muscles to tighten in the cold)

I have to motivation to reach this goal! And I will.

Proverbs 16:3
Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts should be established. Dieting is so much a "thought" process. And a work! So I am committing it fully to the Lord.

Hope you are all staying the journey even it its one baby step at a time.

  1. I totally feel you. I am so sick of the cold weather. It has been snowing here today. (not sticking, but snowing just the same) I am soooooooooooo ready for spring. The weather just kind of zaps the life out of me. I didlike the cold very much.

I agree it is so much more a "thought" thing. Really more mind than body. My mind does not always want to be "in" it. I have to restart sometimes several time a day. Although I do not know a better way right now. I think my mindset will be better in the spring.

YOu asked last week about where we were using as a cover for our ministry. I plan to post some about that soon. But as of now we have no cover(not the right word, but I can't think what to call it) we are going out on our own completly. We have the spiritual support of our home church and many others. But no finacial covering. We are saving like crazy in order to pay for about 6 months with not needing incoming income. Howver, we are believing for 40 weeks of revival from August to August...200 speaking engagments. We will be applying for a non profit and be our own ministry....with a board of directors. All the details are still in the work, but we do have a ministry in FL willing to help us with all the details as well. Just praying for the right direction.

    Be blessed,

    Chasity

  2. Hi Tina! I ordered a "Praise Moves" DVD to help me start exercising by stretching. I will NOT NOT NOT do yoga, nor will I buy the "Christian Yoga" tapes (I looked into that stufff...I had red flags going up all over the place). I think the Praise Moves will be fun, she has you use your body to make Hebrew letter shapes from the alephbet (a unique idea), and the music isn't all New-Age-y, so I felt pretty good about it. I need to do slow stretching exercises first, with all my arthritis, or I'm likely to injure myself. And to think that I was once a gymnast...ugh! My treadmill is lonely for me, I may just commit that to the Lord and ask Him to help me with that work! Um, that workOUT! A great thought you shared, thanks!

    Love in Him,

Lori (my WLW post is over at http://www.homesteadblogger.com/serenityinthesuburbs )

Let me hear of your unfailing love each morning, for I am trusting you. Show me where to walk, for I give myself to you. Psalms 143:8
