This has not been a fabulous week of following goals, eating less, exercising more. As a matter of fact I now need to loose 13 lbs which means I gained a pound.
On the good side I monitered my steps. I learned that I do not come even close to my daily goal! My daily steps are from a little over 500 ( New Years Day) to a tad over 5000.
I also cut my afternoon coffee. I am enjoying Chai tee, green tea, or mint tea instead.
This week I plan to cut all sugar and get out there and walk!
